Liposuction
 Sometimes, a healthy diet and exercise routine are just not enough to achieve the body you want. It can be difficult to eliminate the stubborn pockets of fat from problem areas such as the legs, buttocks, hips, stomach, and arms. Liposuction is a procedure that is aimed at these areas to sculpt your body into the trim, firm shape you desire.
During the liposuction procedure, a small, hollow tube, called a cannula, is inserted through a tiny incision in the area to be treated. The cannula is used to break up fat cells and tissue that lie beneath the skin and suction them out. Liposuction is performed on an outpatient basis and can last for two or more hours, depending on the technique and how many areas are treated. Liposuction can be performed under local or general anesthesia. In most cases, patients choose general anesthesia if a large amount of fat is being removed during liposuction. After liposuction, you may experience soreness, bruising, numbness, and burning sensations, but these minor side effects should subside within a few days or weeks.

But some people, no matter what they do, just can’t seem to lose the excess fat and skin around the abdomen. Fortunately, there is a solution - abdominoplasty.
